Timelines depend on scope, design selections, permit review, inspection scheduling, and trade coordination.

As a general range:

• Bathroom remodels: 3–4 weeks

• Foundation repairs: 1–2 days (scope-dependent)

• Water mitigation: initial response often 1–5 days; rebuild timelines vary based on drying, materials, and scope

• Basement & whole-home renovations: 2–4 months (sometimes longer if scope expands or hidden conditions appear)

• Custom pergolas: about 1 week when footings aren’t required (weather and inspections can extend this)


We’ll give you a clear schedule during estimating and keep you updated if anything changes.

Most work is completed in-house. When a specialty trade is required—typically plumbing and HVAC, and limited roofing scope as part of a remodel—we use long-standing partners who follow our jobsite standards and scheduling discipline.

Yes. We can provide practical design guidance during the consultation, and for many kitchens, bathrooms, and basements we can include 3D renderings to help you visualize the final space before construction begins.

• How do they communicate early on—confident, clear, and organized, or rushed and salesy?

• Can they provide General Liability + Workers’ Comp documentation without delay?

• Do reviews read authentic—especially how they respond to the occasional negative review?

• Do they walk you through the estimate and scope, or just send a number and disappear?
