As a general range:

Most work is completed in-house. When a specialty trade is required—typically plumbing and HVAC, and limited roofing scope as part of a remodel—we use long-standing partners who follow our jobsite standards and scheduling discipline.

Do you help with Design and offer 3D renderings?

Yes. We can provide practical design guidance during the consultation, and for many kitchens, bathrooms, and basements we can include 3D renderings to help you visualize the final space before construction begins.

Are there questions I should ask when vetting contractors?

Yes—this is where good projects are won or lost. A few smart checks:

• How do they communicate early on—confident, clear, and organized, or rushed and salesy?

• Can they provide General Liability + Workers’ Comp documentation without delay?
